The offices of Accounts Receivable, Auxiliary Accounting, Capital Finance, (Insurance, Loss Control, and Claims), Student Loan Administration, Treasury Operations, and University Bursar are all located in the Poplars building on the Bloomington campus. The office for the Treasurer is located in Bryan Hall. Parking on the Bloomington campus can be a bit unruly. Beware of the 2 hour and the 30 minute parking spaces as well as permit only parking lots. Plan for time to find a parking space and know the rules before visiting our office. Parking lot on Dunn Street is permit parking with a few metered parking spaces.

Indiana University Bloomington has a user-based parking system, which is paid for by permit fees. As a visitor, you are a guest of those around you who pay for the facilities and are always welcome on our campus. To avoid citations for parking violations, visitors who wish to park on University property must either use a pay facility, park at a meter, or obtain a visitor parking decal. More frequent and regular campus visitors are expected to purchase a regular parking permit.
