Monthly Operating Detail (detailed transaction report)

A Listing of general ledger transactions for a given account during a given month. Transaction object code, document number, description, and amount are included on this report. Note: we do not recommend solely using this report for auxiliaries. This report will not show any auxiliary vouchers that were done in the 20 days following the month that was run.

Monthly Operating Statement

Provides a monthly and year-to-date summary for an individual account. Budget, actual, and encumbrance information is included by object code. Note: we do not recommend solely using this report for auxiliaries. This report will not show any auxiliary vouchers that were done in the 20 days following the month that was run.

CAMS Account Depreciation Summary

This report presents summary information for the total cost, accumulated depreciation, and year to date depreciation. The report will present all types of assets (i.e. movable, building, infrastructure).

CAMS Asset Reconciliation Report

This report can be used to present the detail transactions that make up the 86XX, and 89XX amounts presented on the Balance Sheet.

CAMS Depreciation Report

The Accumulated Depreciation Report presents asset information relevant to depreciation (i.e. asset type, depreciable life, create date).

The Summary report presents the Total Cost, Salvage Amount, Deprecation Base Amount, and Accumulated Depreciation Amount, along with the Depreciation Buckets subtotaled by the sort by option.
